Update 08e: 

👋Hello👋 

This update adds long requested blob tilesets for most terrain tiles and also makes some minor changes to other tiles.

Changes:

• Blob tilesets for all grass and snow tiles. 
• Cliff tiles changed to use semi-transparent shadows instead of opaque colours.
• Shadows changed on hand cart tiles.
• Other very minor changes to various tiles.
• "Without Shadows" folder moved to legacy assets. It's additional unnecessary work and will no longer be updated.

Additions:

• New seasonal  variations for cobblestone tiles.
